About distribution of the import quota to import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus in 2013-2014 of pipes from stainless steel

1. Determine that the import quota on import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus in 2013-2014 of pipes from stainless steel with an outer diameter up to 426 millimeters inclusive (codes of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union 7304 11 000 1, 7304 11 000 2, 7304 11 000 3, 7304 11 000 4, 7304 11 000 8, 7304 41 000 9, 7304 49 100 0, 7304 49 930 1, 7304 49 930 9, 7304 49 950 1, 7304 49 950 9, 7304 49 990 0, 7306 11 100 0, 7306 11 900 0, 7306 40 200 1, 7306 40 200 9, 7306 40 800 2, 7306 40 800 8) (further - the import quota) is distributed:

1.1. between the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, who are the participants of foreign trade activity (further - participants of foreign trade activity) importing according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption the specified pipes within three calendar years which are directly preceding year on which the import quota is established;

1.2. between other participants of foreign trade activity performing import of pipes from stainless steel for:

implementation of investment projects by them;

ensuring own production;

upgrades of processing equipment are more whole than repair.

2. To the Ministry of Trade:

2.1. perform distribution:

the import quota in the amount of 75 percent between the participants of foreign trade activity specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution in proportion to the amounts of pipes imported by them from stainless steel;
