1. Authorize the State committee on standardization, to establish the Ministry of Health in coordination with the Ministry of Economics and other interested republican state bodies in technical regulatory legal acts of feature of carrying out assessment procedures (confirmation) of compliance of the goods realized in the territory of the Republic of Belarus to requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union taking into account complexity and specific features of goods, their potential danger for consumers and the environment, amounts of the delivered goods on the market of the Republic of Belarus, conditions of their realization by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, duration of carrying out assessment procedures (confirmation) of compliance of goods, technical capabilities of testing facilities in the Republic of Belarus.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
