According to Item 3.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state secret" of November 5, 2004 the No. 139 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

I. Make the following changes to "Procedure for the admission of the official or citizen to work with the data which are the state secret and renewals of the admission to work", No. 162 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 17, 2002 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 10, Article 645; 2005, No. 2, Article 122, No. 3, Article 250; 2007, No. 1, Article 47; 2008, No. 4, Article 316; 2010, No. 3, Articles 255, 264):

1.1. to give the third and fourth paragraphs of part 1 in the following edition:

"Amount of checking actions for the admission to work with the state secret are performed by the subjects of operational investigative, prospecting and counterprospecting activities established by the legislation. These bodies according to this Procedure approve the corresponding interdepartmental rules.";

1.2. to give the seventh paragraph of part 4 in the following edition:

"The amount of checking actions depends on degree of privacy of data to which for work person getting the admission is allowed. The amount of checking actions and procedure for their carrying out are prepared by relevant organs which hold checking events and affirm after approval of the Interdepartmental commission on protection of the state secret in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.";

1.3. in the sixth paragraph of part 6 of the word "security service" to replace actions with the word "actions", the word "carries out" by the word "is carried out" and from the seventh paragraph to withdraw words "security service";
