Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (at the level of heads of states) solved:

1. Take into consideration information of the Secretariat of Integration Committee of EurAsEC on the course of implementation of the Decision of Mezhgossovet of May 31, 2001 N19 "About the Joint Target Program for Arrangement of Check Points on External Borders of the State Parties of the Customs Union for 2001 - 2005" (is applied).

2. To provide to the governments of state members of EurAsEC accomplishment of the Program specified in Item 1 of this Decision.
