1.12. In Article 151-2.1 to replace the word of "twenty" with the word of "forty".

1.13. Add with Article 151-3 of the following content:

1.14.2. in Article 152-1.2 of the word "attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of two hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of four hundred to five hundred manats with restriction of the right to control of vehicles for a period of one year";

1.17. - attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of five hundred to eight hundred manats, or, based on the circumstances of a matter, taking into account the identity of the offender, administrative detention for up to fifteen days.".

1.20. In Article 158.3 of the word "hundred twenty" shall be replaced with words to "two hundred fifty".

1.21. In Article 167 of the word "from ten to twenty manats" shall be replaced with words "from forty to fifty manats".

1.22. In Article 235 of the word "in the amount of ten to thirty manats" shall be replaced with words "in the amount of eighty manats".

1.23. Under Article 296-1:

Article 2. The introduction of the Law in force

2.1. Article 1.3 of this Law becomes effective since March 1, 2013.
