Noting importance of the international treaties signed within EurAsEC for promotion of integration processes, Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (at the level of heads of states) solved:
1. Take into consideration Information of the Secretariat of Integration Committee of EurAsEC on the course of accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force of the international treaties signed within EurAsEC it (is applied).
2. Charge to the governments of state members of EurAsEC to take urgent measures for ensuring accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for the introduction of the specified agreements in force.
