About modification of the Provision "About the Ministry of Education of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 1, 2005 No. 203

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. Make the following changes to the Provision "About the Ministry of Education of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 1, 2005 No. 203 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 3, Article 161, No. 12, Article 1102; 2007, No. 10, Article 947; 2008, No. 11, Article 970; 2009, No. 12, Article 983; 2010, No. 2, Article 83; 2011, No. 2, Article 85):

1.1. in subitem 8.5 after the word "assessment" to add the word" (except for final assessment (certification) of knowledge of students in general education objects in educational institutions)";

1.2. withdraw from subitem 8.36 of the word "and students".

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1. to prepare and provide to three-months time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the offers connected with reduction of acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with this Decree;

2.2. in three-months time to provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with this Decree and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.3. control reduction of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree and in five-months time to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on their execution;

2.4. resolve other issues following from the specified Law.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic reduction of regulatory legal acts and acts of normative nature of the central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree and to inform on it the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.
