In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval "Procedure for acceptance on public service in state bodies on tender" of June 24, 2009 No. 108 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 6, Article 420; 2010, No. 3, Article 183; 2011, No. 3, Article 173) to make the following changes:

1. in Item 3.3. shall be replaced with words the words "the sixth-the ninth" "heel - the seventh".

2. In "Procedure for acceptance on public service in state bodies on tender", approved by this Decree:

2.1. in the first offer of the first paragraph and in the second paragraph of part 4 of the word "the sixth-the ninth" shall be replaced with words "heel - the seventh";
