1. Approve the Procedure for reconciliation of the list of persons authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government which are dismissed from positions in connection with accountability for corruption offense, with data which contain in the Unified state register of persons who made corruption offenses which is attached.

2. To department of the anti-corruption legislation and legislation on justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (R.V.'s Sivers) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Sedov A. Yu. and vice-chairman of National civil service of Ukraine Dyachishin M. D.
