1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for acceptance, registration and consideration in the Security Service of Ukraine of statements and messages on committed criminal offenses which is applied.

2. To heads of the Main Investigation Department, Management of the mode, documentary providing and control and the Office of the Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine to exercise control of acceptance, registration and consideration of the applications and messages on criminal offenses.

3. - to the head of department of the mode, documentary providing and control of the Security Service of Ukraine to provide to the assistant to the Chairman of Service (on the mode) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of the introduction in action of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, but not earlier than day of official publication.

5. To acquaint staff of the Security Service of Ukraine with this order.
