According to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 12, 2011 No. 581, article 5 of the Charter of the railroads of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 06, 1998 No. 457 I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for application of the electronic document management connected with transportation of goods by railway transport which is applied.

2. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine:

2.1. Submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

2.2. Timely bringing this order to permission of consignors, consignees and population of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
