In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, the Tax code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 and the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 to resolve by way of exception import to the country and placement under customs regime of import with exemption of import payments, without the alienation right:

a) To service of civil protection and emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs import of five vehicles of special purpose:

- Mercedes-Benz 310 D classified by goods item 8705, 1994 of release, the identification number WDB6024671P 343242, with the accompanying equipment provided as free aid (donation) by the ASFINAG company (Austria);

- Mercedes-Benz 310 D classified by goods item 8705, 1994 of release, the identification number WDB6024671P 343587, with the accompanying equipment provided as free aid (donation) by the ASFINAG company (Austria) for rescue and fire fighting part of the city of Streshen;

- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 314, the classified by goods item 8703, 1998 of release, identification number WDB9030721P 810253, provided as free aid (donation) of the city of Rankveyl (Austria) by the company;
