About modification and amendments in the Law on limited liability companies No. 135-XVI of June 14, 2007

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on limited liability companies No. 135-XVI of June 14, 2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 127-130, of the Art. 548), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In all text of the law of the word "State Register of the Companies and Organizations" shall be replaced with words "The state register of legal entities" in the corresponding case.

2. In part (3) Article 3 of the word "state registration number" shall be replaced with words "the state identification number" in the corresponding case.

"Article 11. Founders and members of society

Society with the number of participants more than 50 shall perform reorganization, liquidation in six-months time or to reduce the number of participants. In case of failure to carry out of the specified requirements society is subject to liquidation based on the decision of degree of jurisdiction according to the petition of interested persons.".

4. In Article 12:
