About approval of the Procedure for the organization and carrying out competitive selection of commodity exchanges for purchase of material values in the state material reserve

For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the paragraph of the nineteenth to part three of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" and creations of transparent market mechanism of pricing when purchasing of reserve of Ukraine by the State agency and its companies of material values in the state material reserve according to the nomenclature which affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization and carrying out competitive selection of commodity exchanges for purchase of material values in the state material reserve which is applied.

2. To department of economy of defense and (Nebotov P. G.) to ensure safety provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To provide to the state agency of reserve of Ukraine:

formation of tender committee for the organization and carrying out competitive selection of commodity exchanges for purchase of material values in the state material reserve in a month from the date of entry into force of this order;

accounting of the commodity exchanges having the right to the organization and carrying out the electronic exchange biddings on purchase of reserve of Ukraine by the State agency and its companies of material values in the state material reserve.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Maksyuta A. A.
