About approval of the Strategy of development for civil society for 2012-2015 and the Action plan on Strategy implementation
The parliament adopts this ordinary law.
Art. 1. - Approve the Strategy of development for civil society for 2012-2015 and the Action plan on Strategy implementation stated in annexes.
Art. 2. - (1) to the Government in cooperation with non-governmental organizations in four-months time:
- found the structure responsible for cooperation with civil society combining government agents and civil society for coordination and monitoring of strategy implementation and the Action plan;
- provide to Parliament the drafts of legal acts provided by Strategy.
(2) to the Structure responsible for cooperation with civil society, annually till March 31 to submit to Parliament the performance report of the Action plan and respectively about strategy implementation.
Art. 3. - The Chairman of the parliament of DD/C-1 No. 10 created by the Order of February 9, 2012 to the Working group on development of the Strategy of development for civil society for 2012-2015 and the Action plan on implementation of Strategy together with the structure responsible for cooperation with civil society created by the Government to perform monitoring of strategy implementation and the Action plan.
Art. 4. - The commissions on points of law, appointments and immunity to exercise control of execution of this law.
