1. Reorganize:

Research institution of health protection of mother and child by accession of the National center of reproductive health and medical genetics;

Republican clinical hospital by accession of the Scientific and practical center of heart surgery.

2. Provide to the Ministry of Health holding procedure of reorganization of the National center of the reproductive health and medical genetics, and also cession of property which is in its management, to Research institution of health protection of mother and child according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the state companies, the organizations, organizations, their divisions, buildings, constructions of fixed assets and other assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 688 of October 9, 1995. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 10, the Art. 45), with subsequent changes and amendments.

3. To perform release of workers owing to reorganization of the National center of reproductive health and medical genetics according to the current legislation.
