About approval of the Regulations on service of fire safety of system of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Mining of Ukraine

According to Articles 4, 5 Laws of Ukraine "About fire safety", subitems 2, 60 and 61 items 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 382, ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on service of fire safety of system of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Mining of Ukraine which are applied.

2. To department of industrial safety, labor protection, civil and physical protection, labor and social policy (Onishchenko O. M.):

2.1. Perform organizational actions for creation of service of fire safety of system of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Mining of Ukraine.

2.2. Submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

2.3. After state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to send this order to Gostekhnogenbezopasnosti of Ukraine for inclusion in the register of regulatory legal acts concerning fire and technogenic safety.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Cech S. M.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
