About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the unified register of projects which are implemented in Ukraine with use of resources of international financial institutions and the international technical assistance

According to Items 18 and 19 of the Procedure for the attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 15, 2002 No. 153 "About creation of single system of attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance", Item 6-1 of the Procedure for initiation, preparation and projects implementation of economic and social development of Ukraine which are supported by international financial institutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 26, 2008 to No. 1027, and for the purpose of settlement of procedure for maintaining the unified register of projects which are implemented in Ukraine with use of resources of international financial institutions and the international technical assistance, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the unified register of projects which are implemented in Ukraine with use of resources of international financial institutions and the international technical assistance which is applied.

2. To department of cooperation with international financial institutions and coordination of the international technical assistance (Kucherenko O. V.) to provide:

maintaining the unified register of projects which are implemented in Ukraine with use of resources of international financial institutions and the international technical assistance (further - the Unified register);

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. (Doronin D. V.) to provide to department of information technologies establishment of hardware platform on which the Unified register in electronic form will be placed, and on permanent basis to perform its technical maintenance, to provide preserving and data protection, provision to registrars of access to the Unified register, the advisory help to department of cooperation with international financial institutions and coordination of the international technical assistance of rather technical issues of maintaining the Unified register.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. With the introduction in operation of this order the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of March 20, 2009 No. 241 "About approval of the Procedure for entering of information into the state register of projects (programs) of the international technical assistance and cancellation of state registration of projects (programs) of the international technical assistance registered in the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 10, 2009 for No. 326/16342 loses force.

Procedure for maintaining the unified register of projects which are implemented in Ukraine with use of resources of international financial institutions and the international technical assistance

І. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure determines the procedure of forming and maintaining the unified register of projects (programs) (further - projects) which are implemented in Ukraine with use of resources of international financial institutions which are attracted as the loan or the credit by the state or under the state guarantees, and the international technical assistance.

The unified register of projects which are implemented in Ukraine with use of resources of international financial institutions and the international technical assistance (further - the Unified register) is kept in electronic and paper type.

1.2. The purpose of maintaining the Unified register is providing:

the automated accounting of projects which are implemented in Ukraine with use of resources of international financial institutions and the international technical assistance;

creations of registration cards, certificates on accreditation of contractors (legal entities - nonresidents) projects (programs) of the international technical assistance (further - the certificate on accreditation of the contractor) and other documents connected with initiation, preparation and projects implementation.

1.3. In this Procedure terms are used in such values:
