About introduction of amendments to article 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

Bring in article 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 25, Art. 2954; 2005, N 1, Art. 13; 2009, N 52, Art. 6453; 2011, N 11, Art. 1495; N 50, of the Art. 7362) following changes:

Paragraph two of part one to state 1) in the following edition:

"it is punished by penalty at the rate to three hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period up to eighteen months, or obligatory works for a period of up to four hundred twenty hours, or corrective works for a period of up to two years, or forced labor for a period of up to three years with restriction of freedom for a period of up to one year or without that, or imprisonment for a period of up to five years with restriction of freedom for a period of up to two years or without that.";

In paragraph four of part two of the word "up to five years" shall be replaced with words 2) "up to seven years".
