The integration Committee of Eurasian economic community solved:

1. Take into consideration information of the Secretariat of Integration Committee of EurAsEC and the Working group of high level on development of the mechanism of protection of the domestic markets of state members of EurAsEC in the conditions of non-use of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in mutual trade (further the Working group of high level on protective measures).

2. Recognize reasonable step-by-step approach to the problem resolution of application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in mutual trade of state members of EurAsEC with the following priorities:

development and acceptance of the Single technique of state members of EurAsEC of determination of availability and amount of damage of industry of national economy from the increased, dumping or subsidized commodity import (daleemetodik);

modification and amendments in the Protocol on the mechanism of application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in trade of the State Parties of the Customs union of February 17, 2000 concretizing the notification procedure about the beginning and results of trials (investigations) preceding introduction of these measures, and carrying out consultations, and also determining responsibility for its failure to carry out;

carrying out within 12 months from acceptance date of this solution of the complex analysis of legislations of state members of EurAsEC on regulation of economic activity in the context of the measures influencing trade for the purpose of identification of the economic reasons of application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in mutual trade of state members of Community and development of recommendations about permission of disputable situations without their application (the daleekompleksny analysis).
