About approval of the National plan of action for employment of labor power for 2013

Based on the Employment act of the population and social protection of persons which are in job search, No. 102-XV of March 13, 2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 70-72, of the Art. 312), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the purpose of realization of National strategy about politicians of employment of the labor power for 2007-2015 approved by the Order of the Government No. 605 of May 31, 2007. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 82-85, of the Art. 660), the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve the National plan of action for employment of labor power for 2013 it (is applied).

2. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities responsible in the field:

take necessary measures for implementation of the National plan of action for employment of labor power for 2013;

represent once a half-year to the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family information on implementation of the National plan of action for employment of labor power for 2013.

3. To the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family till August 1, 2013 and on March 1, 2014 to provide to the Government information on implementation of the National plan of action for employment of labor power for 2013.

4. Recommend to bodies of local public authority to develop territorial action plans on employment of labor power for 2013 with indication of specific measures which need to be executed, terms and responsible for their accomplishment, and also to take effective measures for realization of the provided actions in full.

5. Implementation of actions, provided by the National plan of action for employment of labor power for 2013 to perform within the means approved on these purposes in the relevant budgets of the organizations specified in the Plan.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.
