1) in Article 26:

a) state part 1 in the following edition:

"1. Organizational, legal, analytical, information, documentary, financial and material logistics of activities of Public chamber, the Comissioner for the President of the Russian Federation by the rights of the child and Comissioner for the President of the Russian Federation on protection of the rights of entrepreneurs is performed by the office of Public chamber.";

b) state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. The office of Public chamber is federal state institution, has seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation and with the name.";

Part 2 of Article 28 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. Financial provision of content of the office of Public chamber is performed in the expense limits provided in the federal budget on ensuring activities of Public chamber, the Comissioner for the President of the Russian Federation by the rights of the child and Comissioner for the President of the Russian Federation on protection of the rights of entrepreneurs.".
