1. Approve:

the amount of payments for implementation of supervision of maintenance of conditions of certification of aeronautical services in the amount of 1,0 of euro/ton/MTOW of the aircraft for take-off/landing;

the amount of payments for implementation of supervision of maintenance of conditions of certification of airfields with codes 3 and 4 in the amount 1, 25 euros from the arrived and left passenger;

the amount of payments for implementation of supervision of maintenance of conditions of certification of the operators performing activities outside the Republic of Moldova in the amount of 1,0 of euro/ton/MTOW of the aircraft for take-off.

2. Payments for implementation of supervision become effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova of the Order of the Government No. 294 of May 11, 2012. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning Organa of civil aviation".
