Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 22, 1995 N 171-FZ "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and about restriction of consumption (drinking) of alcoholic products" (in editions of the Federal Law of January 7, 1999 N 18-FZ) (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 48, Art. 4553; 1999, N 2, Art. 245; 2001, N 53, Art. 5022; 2002, N 30, Art. 3026; 2004, N 45, Art. 4377; 2005, N 30, Art. 3113; 2006, N 1, Art. 20; 2007, N 1, Art. 11; N 31, of Art. 3994; N 49, of Art. 6063; 2009, N 1, Art. 21; N 52, of Art. 6450; 2010, N 15, Art. 1737; 2011, N 1, Art. 42; N 30, of the Art. 4566, 4601; 2012, N 27, Art. 3589) following changes:

Item 2 of Article 1 after the words "made on the basis of beer" to add 1) with words ", and also cider, Poiré (pear cider), mead (honey drink)", shall be replaced with words the words "and also on the relations" "and on the relations";

2) in Article 2:

a) add subitem 7 with words ", cider, Poiré, mead";

b) add with subitems 12.4 - 12.6 following of content:

"12. 4) cider - the alcoholic products with content of ethyl alcohol no more than 6 percent of amount of finished goods made as a result of fermentation of apple must and (or) the recovered apple juice without addition of ethyl alcohol with saturation or without saturation by carbon dioxide;

12. 5) Poiré (pear cider) - the alcoholic products with content of ethyl alcohol no more than 6 percent of amount of finished goods made as a result of fermentation of pear must and (or) the recovered pear juice without addition of ethyl alcohol with saturation or without saturation by carbon dioxide;
