About modification of Section 1 of Chapter II of Single sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements to the goods which are subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control)

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Make to Section 1 Chapters II of the Single sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements to the goods which are subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 N 299 "About application of sanitary measures in custom union", change according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

till February 15, 2015 production and release into the stream of commerce of the products and dishes of feeding up of industrial release entered into food of children of early age (further - products), according to the mandatory requirements which are earlier established by the legislation of state member of the Customs union and the Common economic space in the presence of the documents issued before the date of entry into force of this Decision confirming their safety regarding compliance to sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements is allowed;

the products made and released till February 15, 2015 according to the mandatory requirements which are earlier established by the legislation of state member of the Customs union and the Common economic space can be in circulation before the termination of term of its validity;

the documents confirming safety of products regarding its compliance to sanitarnoepidemiologichesky and hygienic requirements, issued before the date of entry into force of this Decision are valid till February 15, 2015.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
