1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 2, 2007 No. 873 "About approval of Rules of placement of National Flag, State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their images, and also the text of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 36, the Art. 410) the following changes and amendments:
