About approval of Changes to some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine concerning transportation of dangerous goods

According to subitem 4.1.34 of subitem 4.1 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 12, 2011 No. 581, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine and enhancement of procedure for carrying out special training of workers of subjects of transportation of dangerous goods I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine concerning transportation of dangerous goods which is applied.

2. To department of safety:

2.1. Provide provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Bring this order to permission of the centers of special training and bodies, authorized to carry out examination which are determined by the Ministry of infrastructure, and also subjects of transportation of dangerous goods.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Korniyenko V. V.
