About approval of Changes to Rules of airborne transportations of loads

According to article 100 of the Air code of Ukraine for the purpose of accomplishment of the Program of integration of Ukraine into the European Union approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 14, 2000 No. 1072, and in connection with accession of Ukraine to the Convention on the standardization of some rules of the international airborne transportations made on May 28, 1999 in the city of Montreal I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to the Rules of airborne transportations of loads approved by the order of Public service of Ukraine on supervision of safety of aircraft of March 14, 2006 No. 186, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 13, 2006 for No. 705/12579, which are applied.

2. To provide to the public air service of Ukraine:

2.1. Provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. O.
