About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine relatively about issue of general and individual licenses

According to Item 14 of Article 7 and article 44 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 5, of 11, 13 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", and also for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for provision to non-bank financial institutions, the national operator of mail service of general licenses for the implementation of currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 9, 2002 No. 297, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2002 for No. 712/7000 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. In Chapter 3:

third Item 3.1 to exclude the paragraph;

in Item 3.2:

in paragraph one of the word "and taking into account the conclusions received from special bodies on fight against organized crime concerning provision of the general license" to exclude;

paragraphs two and third to exclude;

the fifteenth Item 3.6 to exclude the paragraph.
