About modification of the Regulations on provision by banks of Ukraine information on agreements on purchase and sale of credit resources in national currency in the interbank credit market

According to Articles 15, 57 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in efficiency of regulation of liquidity of banks by operational tracking of flows of credit resources in the interbank credit market, assistance to elimination of speculative demand on credit resources and to further reduction in cost of the credits in real production sector, timely acceptance of preventive measures of influence to banks which financial condition causes concern the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. The regulations on provision by banks of Ukraine information on agreements on purchase and sale of credit resources in national currency in the interbank credit market approved by the resolution Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 21, 2004 No. 20, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 06, 2004 for No. 170/8769 (with changes), after Item 6 to add with new Item 7 of such content:

"7. Banks in case of failure to carry out or inadequate accomplishment of agreement obligations based on which the transactions specified in Item 6 of this Provision are performed shall report about it not later than the termination of the last day of term of accomplishment of agreement obligations".
