About approval of Changes in Regulations on registration of taxpayers for value added

For the purpose of ensuring implementation of requirements of the Laws of Ukraine of May 24, 2012 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning enhancement of some tax regulations", of July 5, 2012 No. 5083-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning the State Tax Service and in connection with carrying out administrative reform in Ukraine", of October 2, 2012 No. 5412-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning settlement of single questions of the taxation" and according to the subitem 64 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 8, 2011 No. 446, I ORDER to No. 4834-VI:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on registration of taxpayers for value added approved by the order to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 7, 2011 No. 1394, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 29, 2011 for No. 1369/20107 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.), to Department of informatization and accounting of taxpayers of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Laba M.S.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
