Article 1. Bring in the Code of the Republic of Belarus about the earth of July 23, 2008 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 187, 2/1522; No. 275, 2/1544; 2010, No. 6, 2/1648; No. 120, 2/1672; 2011, No. 6, 2/1784) following changes and amendments:
1. In the text of the Code, except for 17, the words "city (cities of regional subordination)" shall be replaced with words Article parts three "city (the cities of regional, district subordination)" in the corresponding case and number.
2. The paragraph the fifth Article 1 after words "international treaties of the Republic of Belarus," to add with words of "the investment contracts between investors and the Republic of Belarus registered in the State register of investment contracts with the Republic of Belarus, concession treaties".

4. In Article 12:
