About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following amendments and changes:

1. Add Article 27 with Item 13 of the following content:

"13) attraction to social jobs.".

2. Part 2 of article 28 after words of "stateless persons" to add with words ", attraction to social jobs".

3. In Article 38:

state part 1 in the following edition:

"1. Administrative detention is applied for a period of up to five days, and in the conditions of emergency or warlike situation for infringement of public order - for a period of up to seven days.";

regarding 2 words "for a period of up to three days" to exclude;

regarding 3 words to "disabled people of the first and second groups" shall be replaced with words to "persons with limited opportunities of health having disability of the first and second groups".

4. Add with Article 40-1 of the following content:

"Article 40-1. Social jobs

1. Social jobs consist in accomplishment by the offender in time of free work, free from the main work or study, for benefit of society which type is determined by court. The list of types of social jobs, and also procedure for their execution are determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. Law-enforcement bodies and local government bodies jointly perform measures for involvement of person to social jobs.

2. Social jobs are determined by court and are appointed duration till forty o'clock.
