1. The list of the medicines made by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of Health, No. 56 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2012 "About the list of the medicines made by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of Health" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 15, 5/35172), to be reworded as follows it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Health to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This resolution becomes effective in month after its official publication, except for Item 2 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
