According to subitem 4.3.8 of subitem 4.3 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 12, 2011 No. 581, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" I ORDER:
1. Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of May 5, 1998 No. 169 "About approval of airport charges for servicing of aircrafts at the international airport "Dnipropetrovsk", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 26, 1998 for No. 348/2788, to state in such edition:
"2. Determine that:
the airport charges approved by this order are limiting;
according to the decision of the head of the airport the reducing coefficients to 0,2, proceeding from cost efficiency and with observance of requirements of the legislation on protection of the economic competition, and also taking into account ticket price can be applied to limiting rates of the airport charges approved by this order in case of accomplishment of regular flights.".
