In Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 28, 2009 No. 1541 "About approval of the National provision (standard) of the financial accounting in public sector 101 "Accounts presentations" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 28, 2010 for No. 103/17398; item 4 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 12, 2010 No. 1202 "About approval of national provisions (standards) of financial accounting in public sector", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 01, 2010 for No. 1017/18312; in Item 5 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 24, 2010 No. 1629 "About approval of national provisions (standards) of financial accounting in public sector", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 20, 2011 for No. 87/18825; in item 4 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 11, 2011 No. 1022 "About approval of the National provision (standard) of financial accounting in public sector 130 "Influence of changes of the currency rates", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 02, 2011 for No. 1040/19778; in item 4 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 29, 2011 No. 1798 "About approval of some national provisions (standards) of financial accounting in public sector", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 26, 2012 for No. 120/20433; in item 4 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 25, 2012 No. 52 "About approval of the National provision (standard) of financial accounting in public sector 105 "The financial reporting in the conditions of hyperinflation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 09, 2012 for No. 200/20513; in Item 6 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 18, 2012 No. 568 "About approval of some national provisions (standards) of financial accounting in public sector and changes to national provisions (standards) of financial accounting in public sector", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 06, 2012 for No. 901/21213, of figure "01.01.2013" to replace with figures and the words "January 01, 2015".
2. (Chmeruk M. O.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. (Press service) (Kosarchuk V. P.) in ten-day time from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide to management of communications its promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the Internet.
4. This order becomes effective since January 01, 2013, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
