About modification of the List of military positions of the State Border Service of Ukraine which in peace time can be replaced by civilians on the terms of the terminal employment contract

According to part three of Article 6 of Chapter I and Item 3 of Chapter XII of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service", Item 133 of the Regulations on passing by citizens of Ukraine of military service in the State Border Service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 29, 2009 No. 1115, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to the List of military positions of the State Border Service of Ukraine which in peace time can be replaced by civilians on the terms of the terminal employment contract, No. approved by the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of August 8, 2011 572, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2011 for No. 1026/19764 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To submit to management of personnel together with legal support division of International legal department the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on management of personnel of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
