I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About fight against terrorism", adopted on August 15, 2003 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2003, No. 3, Art. 28; 2009, No. 3, Art. 45; 2011, No. 1, Art. 15), following change:
In part two of Article 6 and in part ten of Article 8 of the word "Public Service of Turkmenistan on Fight Against Drugs" and "Public Service on Fight against Drugs" shall be replaced with words "Public service of Turkmenistan on protection of safety of healthy society".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
