I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About the measures connected with treatment of persons, having alcoholism, drug addiction or dependence on psychoactive agents", accepted on March 31, 2012 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2012, No. 1, the Art. 36), the following change:
in part one of Article 5 of the word of "bodies of service for fight against drugs" shall be replaced with words "bodies of service for protection of safety of healthy society".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
