About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following change and addition:

1. Add Article 31 with part (5-1) following contents:

"(To 5-1) Producers of grape and wine-making products obliged to promote forming of fund of grapes and wine the deductions of fees in the mentioned fund established by the Law on grapes and wine No. 57-XVI of March 10, 2006 are permitted.".

Art. II. - In the Law on production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products No. 1100-XIV of June 30, 2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 98-99, of the Art. 293), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:

1. In all text of the law of the word "ethyl alcohol rectificate", "the rectified ethyl alcohol" shall be replaced with words "the ethyl alcohol rectified agricultural origin" in the corresponding case.

2. In Article 1:

"a) introduction into circulation of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products on the licensed types of activity provided by Items 6), 7) and 25) of part (1) article 8 of the Law on regulation of business activity by licensing No. 451-XV of July 30, 2001, for the business entities who do not have the corresponding license including for physical persons, or with non-compliance with requirements of Item i) article 4 of this law;".

12. In part (3) Article 17:

Item k) to state in the following edition:

"k) expiration date - for alcoholic products with volume fraction of alcohol no more than 10%;";

13. In part (2) Article 17-2:
