These rules of implementation of checks in the central state bodies, and also in maslikhats and akimats of the regulatory legal acts which are subject to state registration (further - Rules), are developed according to the subitem 4) of article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 18, 2002 "About judicial authorities" and establish procedure the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial authorities of checks in the central state bodies, and also in local authorities of public administration of the regulatory legal acts which are subject to state registration.
