About cancellation of the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of December 22, 2008 No. 1175

For the purpose of observance by the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine of the legislation on state registration of regulatory legal acts and accomplishment of the resolution of the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine in the matter of No. K-27833/10 of October 17, 2012 I ORDER:

1. Repeal the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of December 22, 2008 No. 1175 "About approval of the Procedure for determination of authorized organizations of collective control which will be exercised by collection and distribution of remuneration (royalty) for use of the soundtracks and videograms and Changes published with commercial purpose to the Accounting treatment for the organizations of collective management and implementation of supervision of their activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2009 No. 66/16082 and No. 67/16083.

2. To provide to public service of intellectual property of Ukraine (Kovin M. V.) in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Sulim E. N.
