1. To exclude Item 2 of the resolution.

Procedure and conditions of the conclusion of contracts with lawyers which provide free secondary legal assistance on permanent basis, and contracts with lawyers which provide free secondary legal assistance on a temporary basis, approved by the specified resolution, to state in the following edition:
