1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 30, 2009 No. 1729 "About approval of Rules of the organization and carrying out purchase of medicines, preventive (immunobiological, diagnostic, disinfecting) medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment, pharmaceutical services in rendering the guaranteed amount of free medical care" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 47-48, of the Art. 444) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of the organization and carrying out purchase of medicines, preventive (immunobiological, diagnostic, disinfecting) medicines, the products of medical appointment and medical equipment, pharmaceutical services in rendering the guaranteed amount of free medical care approved by the specified resolution:
add item 4 with parts two, thirds of the following content:
"Ceiling prices for medicines and products of medical appointment are determined on the basis of the prices confirmed with the producer, the analysis of wholesale prices and also taking into account the price of purchase of previous year and consumer price index.
The procedure for the organization and implementation of monitoring of the prices of medicines, products of medical appointment, and also their forming is established by authorized body in the field of health care.";
