About approval of form of the Message on the invitation of the taxpayer in bodies of the State Tax Service

For the purpose of realization of provisions of subitem 20.1.1 of Item 20.1 of Article 20 of the Section I of the Tax code of Ukraine and according to the subitem 64 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 08, 2011 No. 446, I ORDER:

1. Approve form of the Message on the invitation of the taxpayer in bodies of the State Tax Service which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of December 22, 2010 No. 980 "About approval of form of the Message on the invitation of the taxpayer in bodies of the State Tax Service", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 29, 2010 for No. 1406/18701.

3. (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of the taxation of physical persons of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Busarev V. V.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Myarkovsky A. I. and vice-chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Ignatov A. P.
