About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 7, 2011 No. 1151 "Some questions of the objects which are subject to the state protection"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 7, 2011 No. 1151 "Some questions of the objects which are subject to the state protection" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 56, the Art. 800) the following changes and amendments:

in Rules of determination of the objects which are subject to the state protection, approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 6 with subitems 4-2) and 4-3) of the following content:

"4-2) state organization for conducting stationary forensic-psychiatric examination and research of persons suspected of making of serious crimes;"

"4-3) objects of space infrastructure;";

4) of Item 7 to exclude the subitem;

in requirements for technical reinforcement of the objects which are subject to the state protection, approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 1 with subitem 6-1) of the following content:

"6-1) rolling shutters - are intended for protection of rooms or the territory against penetration of strangers, safety of property and integrity of windows and doors, in emergency situations quickly open from within, giving opportunity to free evacuation of people and material values;";

12) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"12) means of mechanical protection - set of the structural elements of the buildings and rooms (walls, floor, ceiling, doors, window openings) equipped with different locking devices (locks, slips, lattices, rolling shutters, etc.), which are providing proper protection of objects against breaking and most complicating penetration, and also carrying out of the stolen objects and things;";
