About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning butter, the milk pastes, other fats and oils made of milk and also concerning cottage cheese and separate types of cheeses

1. Approve the draft decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission "About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning butter, the milk pastes, other fats and oils made of milk and also concerning cottage cheese and separate types of cheeses" it (is applied) and to bring it for consideration at the regular meeting of Council of the Eurasian economic commission.

2. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 N 54) concerning separate types of cheeses according to appendix.

3. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date decisions of the Council of the Eurasian economic commission specified in Item 1 of this Decision.
