The integration Committee of Eurasian economic community solved:

1. Take into consideration Information on condition of mutual trade of state members of EurAsEC prepared by the Secretariat of Integration Committee of EurAsEC following the results of 2002 it (is applied).

2. Note preserving in 2002 positive dynamics of growth of amounts of mutual trade of state members of EurAsEC.

3. For the purpose of ensuring stable growth of amounts of mutual trade of state members of EurAsEC to ask the governments of the states of Community to speed up work on interaction in real production sector, to joint development of complementary industries, carrying out the approved industrial and foreign trade policy, and also in implementation of recommendations of the first Economic forum of EurAsEC.

4. For carrying out monitoring of indicators of foreign trade of state members of EurAsEC to ask the governments of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan quarterly (the accruing result) to provide in the Secretariat of Integration Committee to EurAsEC information on export and import of main types of products in natural and value term.

5. Consider it expedient to carry out the factor analysis of the reasons influencing condition and dynamics of mutual trade in goods, rendering services and also mutual investing activities. For this purpose to create the Intergovernmental working group under Integration Committee of EurAsEC of deputy managers of the interested ministries and departments of the Parties, responsibles of the Secretariat of Integration Committee of EurAsEC with participation of Permanent representatives of state members of EurAsEC.
