About forming of the General customs tariff of Eurasian economic community and about lists of sensitive goods for the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan for 2003

The integration Committee of Eurasian economic community solved:

1. To the governments of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan to take effective measures on further forming of the General customs tariff of EurAsEC for what:

- to the governments of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation to hold consultations concerning increase in level of unification of rates of customs duties of the Basic list of the General Customs Tariff (GCT) of EurAsEC and, in case of achievement of the arrangement, to bring the level of standardization of the Basic list of OTT EurAsEC in 2003 to 70 percent of line items of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of EurAsEC;

- to the governments of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan to complete the formation of the General customs tariff of EurAsEC in 2005.

2. Note that in 2003 the level of unification of the Customs tariff of the Kyrgyz Republic with the Basic list of the General customs tariff of EurAsEC increased from 12 up to 33 percent, and the level of unification of new Customs tariff of the Republic of Tajikistan after its acceptance will increase from 41 up to 73 percent.

3. Fix for 2003 the lists of sensitive goods for the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation provided by the governments of state members of EurAsEC which specific weight of import does not exceed 12 percent of cost amount of cumulative import of each state. For the Republic of Tajikistan as sensitive goods to fix alumina which import does not exceed 25 percent of cost amount of its cumulative import.
