About modification of the Instruction for provision of delay and payment by installments of customs payment

1. Item 28 of the Instruction for provision of delay and payment by installments of the customs payment approved by the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on March 16, 1999 N 03/8-78 (рег. N 697 of April 8, 1999) (1999, N 4) to state the bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the following edition:

"28. The department of customs payments exercises control of execution of the obligation of customs payment provided with pledge and percent for the granted delay or payment by installments. After payment at the scheduled time of customs payments and percent on them on which delay or payment by installments was granted the customs authority upon the demand of the pledger shall return immediately the property pledged by it".

2. This resolution is approved with the Central bank and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
